TwinlabMega Bromelain Caps, 300mg (600 GDU), 90 Capsules

I first started using bromelain because someone at a health food store said it helps people with food allergies. The enzyme it contains is from pineapple. The gentleman said that one lady swore by it and took it with every meal. I only take one in the morning and it helps considerably.

My husband has chronic sinusitis and if he does not take this he will sneeze uncontrollably with a huge amount of mucus and snot. (sorry for the TMI) It is a miracle drug because before he started taking this he suffered for years, and finally went to the DR and got prescription drugs that were expensive and required frequent check ups and tests that were not necessary.

This is a product that I use every day. I have been doing so for at least two years. It has enabled me to discontinue the use of antacid medicine. Also, I especially like the use of glass bottles which is typical of Twinlab. It is not a costly supplement and does a world of good. You can't go wrong; it's made from the stems of pineapples.

I bought these because they are to increase wound healing. Well they do and so much more. I gave a bottle to a friend and his wound is healing very fast after much delay this is amazing. He is also using LED light 13mins every 4 days.As for heartburn and reflex since taking 2-tabs everyday I have no more heartburn or re-flux. AWESOME

This does help with digestion. I can only take on a day as any more and I will have the taste in my mouth and inside cheeks. I would think this would be good for inflammatory problems.

I am only giving this a 3 star because the item arrived on time as expected package very securely. However, the product did nothing to improve my digestion whatsoever. All those testimonies that prompted me to buy this product turned out to be a waste of money for me. My search still continues for the right product to help aide my digestive issues.

I messed my lower back up by carrying a very heavy package uphill, and a good friend recommended I try this. I took 4 capsules every hour until the pain subsided, and then backed off slowly. It didn't take long at all - 1/2 a day and I was doing a LOT better. I'd highly recommend for anyone with inflammation issues.

Use this, because I can’t take ibuprofen, and I try to limit inflammation in my body. It seems to be a good product
