One week in and definitely feel a difference in energy when training. 57 years old and weight trained for years, never taken any supplements except for the odd protein shake. This stuff is great, can train with more energy for longer. Doesn't mix well with water only like a suspension. Got a tip, mix it with coffee in the morning and it does seem to dissolve ok.

Seems good only been on it a couple of weeks its got good reviews online. Mixes up well and tasteless

This creatine is ok. In order for it to fully dissolve it needs to be mixed with boiling water first. Otherwise it becomes bitty. It's good value for money. Unsure if it works better than other brands. No flavour to it at all.

I am a male aged 61 years ,and regular attend my local gym three to four times per week. Following my undertaking of reviewing and researching this product ,combined with discussions with my GP.I have started to take Creatine powder ,and have noted an increase in my cognitive functioning as well as my physical health ,and recovery time post Gym ,and additionally following my Daily one hour walks. I will continue to use it as an aid in my mental and physical health for the foreseeable future.

I take this at bedtime in yogurt..I am sure it has helped my shoulder , which ached all the time.owing to a torn rotater cuff , it has not woken me up recently .....
