I absolutely love the Bluebonnet brand I have been looking everywhere for quality affordable vitamins. These are definitely that!

Firstly, bluebonnet is a very good brand for supplements, vitamins, etc. Been taking them for quite some time. Secondly, this particular product though, I wasn't expecting the container packaging and the softgels to be huge but DAMN...they are huge especially the pills. I have tried the vitamin E of this brand and the pill size is decent. However, I was not sure I going to be able to swallow the ones from this specific product.😂. In addition, I'm not very sure if the capsule version are any different hence why I got the softgels thinking they were smaller🤷‍♀️. But the supplements do what they are supposed to do and the product came packaged well. I don't have any complaint except for the size of the pills. So get them if you don't care for the size or get something else.

I have been using these vitamins for at least a decade.They are great for me. I do recommend for others.

The Soft-gels are easy to swallow.

I'm surprised how many people are quick to give this a 1 star for their own mistakes or because the pills are too big. Yes they are big but not huge and none of the 1 stars complained about its effectiveness, only less important things. Please people on all things, if the product is as advertised, give it a 4 star or maybe a 3 but to give it 1 star because your mistake lost you $16.00 (oh no!) is quite petty.That being said, I have used these for about 4 years and I love them. I can always tell when I run out because my energy level drops. (bloodwork shows I'm naturally low in zinc and mag). They are highly effective and you will notice them quickly. If they are too big, just take them one at a time. Also these are not mass produced, cheap, low quality big box store kind of supplements. Blue Bonnet is a high end brand. How do I know? I used to own a health and nutrition store for many years.

An excellent supplement that helps me feel energized and makes me sleep more soundly. I have taken this for a few years and highly endorse this brand. Great especially for menopausal women.

I am disappointed in Amazon because the vitamins I ordered are GIANT horse pills. There is no mention of the size of the pill, just the dimensions of the bottle in which they are supplied. Amazon won't take back the vitamins even though they have not been opened.

I have trouble swallowing pills so I search for jell capsules. These are large and I have issues with that.
