2" Kinesio® Tex Classic W/R Red (Pack of 4)

This is truly the best kinesiology tape around. I've tried other brands and found they don't adhere like this one. I've this one on for four or five days and it stays put, even with showering. I've found the best way to remove it is to rub baby oil over it, let it soak for about ten minutes, and remove.

I use this for de quervains tenosynovitis, well for issues after my surgery. It gives me the support i need helps releive the general pain as well as the nerve pain. It seems to confuse the nerve pain makes it not as bad. I love this tape the only thing is the pink or what they call red doesnt seem to last as long as the blue. I have been using this brand for months and months. I really do love it. I also have very sensitive skin and havent had any problem with it at all. I have used another brand that broke me out.

I’ve been suffering pain from rotator cuff and my physical therapist used tape to ease pain every 3 days. Same name yes but nit the same qualityVery much lighter by touch, impossible to open- the doctor had a slit opening every 6 inchesI have tried so many, unfortunately none are the same quality as the doctors and others made severe rash , please be careful

This product is so much better than moleskin. It is easy to apply and stays on for 2 to 3 days, even if you wash/wipe applied area. At the first indication of a hot spot on my feet (before blister forms) I clean area, apply tape (easy to cut to size) and get back on the trail. There are instructions for using product for muscle aches and pains? I have no experience with this, but have used small pieces as a quick bandaid when I have a small cut that does not want to stop bleeding. I keep a few pieces (2" x 3") in my wallet and more in my first aid kit. A good item to have on vacation when you know you are going to do a lot of walking.

I eagerly read all the reviews for this product and thought I had to have this product immediately. I watched the videos on youtube and had a few questions about everything this tape could do for me. A yoga guru seemed to think that the various colors would indicate cooling or heat powers. No, the color of the tape doesn't make a bit of difference. I have two knees with stage 1 arthiritis. This tape did NOTHING for me. I would ask for my money back if there was a money back gurantee. I know paid eighteen bucks for hot pink tape. Curses! When I have time I' m going to read the medical journals and physical therapy journals to see if this product actually works.

La verdad no se si la estoy usando bien, aún no he hido con un terapeuta, pero me la pongo en el abdomen para tratar mi diastasis después del embarazo y me dura más de 5 días en la piel, la tengo que quitar y es un poco doloroso, pero pues supongo que lo importante es que se mantenga en su posición

è un prodotto ottimo già usato negli anni mi aiuta a sostenere il ginocchio dx e toglie la pesantezza e dolore ( è un supporto corporeo).....buon pomeriggio nirvana....
