Kids are thoroughly disappointed. Of all the glow sticks, only 4 worked. Wasted my money.

I have bought this for wedding party but at that time only few sticks glow and almost 80% of the items didn't work at all.I'm totally dissatisfied with the product. I have tried returning the item but there was no option available.Kindly resolve the issue if possible.Thanks
