These are very reasonably priced, as you get 2 full months supply in 1 bottle! There is no aftertaste with this product and I could take it with or without food, without any adverse reactions. If you're looking into just starting this supplement, this one offers a low milligram dose to start with, but you'll want to change over to a higher dose brand after you're done with these. It's a fascinating subject and as you get older, you do notice a lot of changes in skin, which you would never have thought about while younger. I've not noticed any benefits yet, but realistically this will not be an overnight 10 years younger thing. I do think however, with consistent use, changes will occur, such as improved and tightened skin and an improved immune system. I've had no side effects or trouble taking these and started on one tab a day for two weeks and then increased to two. Because of my own research on the subject, I will keep taking these and hope to see benefits after 3 to to 6 months.
