Yes, the wheel trims come with the metal ring attached. All you need to do is push them on. I fitted cable ties too but you don't really need them as they're very tightly fitted.

Message I got on ordering says "One set of 4 NOT original wheel trims ...." What does this mean, please? They look like the ones on my Berlingo Multi.
