Fit Is Perfect!
Love this binder! No hernia, but have developed some internal scar tissue that's been debilitating. Two surgeries, same site, at my waist and subsequent radiation treatment seem to be the cause. Ibuprofen helped make bending, lifting and any kind of stretching bearable but how long does one stay on ibuprofen? Lots of down days the past 3 months with the heating pad and massage gun! Tried several abdominal binders, which gave some relief but were too wide for my 73 year old torso and rolled often. UGH!! This binder fits comfortably and doesn't budge. I position the hernia pad/disc over the scar tissue zone for additional pressure/support. I'm good to go and happy, happy, HAPPY! Catch ya later heating pad and thumper gun

Best Hernia Belt for the price.
I have a hernia the size of a large orange I have tried 5 different belts. This is the only belt that I can wear for any length of time. Velcro sticks anywhere on belt so I can tighten belt as needed.

Did NOTHING for Hubby's Hernia
Huuby was having some trouble with an old hernia surgery (overdid things one weekend while chopping trees recently), so this seemed like it might be helpful to recover and keep things in their place, but despite being the right size, hubby said this band didn't really feel like it was doing anything.

Men's umbilical hernia belt
This umbilical hernia belt works well. Light but strong and toy don't see it thru your clothes. I would recommend it.
