I have used these for at least 7 months, together with the scalp tonic and the purple shampoo for grey hair. My hair has stopped falling out in the large quantities it was doing. Now it’s the odd hair I find in my hands, not dozens. The system has DEFINITELY helped turn the health of my hair around.
