Overall Experience I purchased a pair of earphones from Amazon, but unfortunately, they stopped working within just 5 months of use. This was quite disappointing given the relatively short period they lasted. Pros Initially, the sound quality was decent. Comfortable fit for the first few months. Affordable price point. Cons The earphones stopped working completely after 5 months. Durability is questionable given the short lifespan. No visible signs of damage or misuse on my part. Customer experience affected due to early failure of the product. Final Thoughts While the earphones worked well initially, their failure within such a short time frame makes me hesitant to recommend this product. If you’re looking for reliability and longer-lasting earphones, I would suggest considering other options or brands. Warranty and support options should also be carefully checked before buying.

I order black which price is 499 but I got jet black which price is 299 and when I use that headphone i faced sound breakage so before packing atlist you should check which product and colour customer ordered

PLEASE DONT BUY!!!! Its been only 4 months i bought these earphones. Today the earphones stopped without anyy reason, the audio quality became extremely blur. I initially thought it's my phone's problem but thats not the case. So i just broke them. It's not worth the money. I am so frustrated and disappointed with these earphones. Just TRASHHH. I generally don't write reviews for products and this is the first time and i don't want people to get fooled by these trash quality earphones.

I purchased this even though it is not as cheap as its competitors, I saw positive reviews so I decided to go with it. List of Issues that I faced with this: 1. Microphone is very noisy, so much so that I had to take off headphones as other party over the phone kept complaining that there is lot of noise that he can barely hear me. This happened every time I made a call, despite being in silent place. 2. I thought, may be I have received a defective product, so I followed the warranty claim process and shippped the product back at my own expense but they never shipped me a fresh product or repaired the old one. I tried calling/messaging them at the number that was given at the time of raising the claim, but no response at all. 3. It is not very ergonomic. I will not recommend this product.

1. The call function doesn't work..neither can I take calls nor can I hear anyone on the other side . Only music I can listen to 2. Here's the best part. When I registered for warranty and then put in a complaint. I was told to courier it to them by specific courier companies only and mind you I would get 100 rs on paytm as I don't know a reward !!! 3. So for a 499 product I will spend far more on courier so that I can send back the defective product they sent me so that they can send me a replacement which may or may not be defective. So think ten times before u buy such pdts. What a disappointment!!! And to imagine u get three months warranty.
