It is a good product in terms of softness; the cord length is good. Heat retention is not there in this product; it will feel too hot after a while, and then I will have to turn it down to 0, and it will lose its heating. It would have been nice if it could retain the heat when the level is turned to zero; other than that, it's a good product for pain relief.

Horrible quality. Pad was not heating at all . Just giving a light and maybe 10 degrees warmth. Material itself is of very poor quality. Will avoid buying this product and look for better alternatives
