First time using it
I just received mine and took it for my first time today. I poured some water in a glass and put a scoop of it and drank it. I literally used the bathroom 3x today and will probably use it one more time before the end of the day. This stuff really does work to help you digest. I will continue to use it and see how it goes. I’ll follow up in a month with you guys so far pretty good stuff!

It’s okay, it makes my smoothies taste really good. But with products like this you don’t always notice a difference. I assume it aided in my nutrition as I don’t eat a lot of veggies. Dissolves well.

Formula changed, buyer beware
Formula has changed. Have been using bloom for about 3 years. Has always helped with ibs symptoms. Until last batch i received in May...taste was off. Started to notice my stomach getting worse but didn't think this was the cause. Cut out certain foods, no relief. My doctor noticed vitamin counts were elevated & I don't take a multivitamin (makes my stomach worse). Noticed on another site that bloom had changed their Formula for greens powder & it took out the things that aid in digestion & added a ton of vitamins among other things. This is not posted on amazon or their website(IT SHOULD BE!). This is not how people should find out that a product they take daily has completely changed overnight & caused issues. Will no longer be purchasing.

Impressed in the first week.
I recently had back surgery and needed to help heal myself. I also was heavily medicated and this product not only helped me heal but any constipation problem I had which was life long is gone! This product changed my life! I have way more energy and clarity now. It also tastes good! Worth every cent. I highly recommend this.

Great for digestion
After using it for a while , I must say it's good, it reduces bloating and gives you boost of energy. Loved the flavor as well, not tasty though but it's not bad.
