Air Conditioning Centre KYR35/X1C Mobile Air Conditioner Cool & Heat

Reason for 1star. 1) Very loud noise for using in bed room, my wife and kids not want to on the air conditioner.2) Very heavy unable to transfer from one place to other.3) Big connector tube need to be connect outside the window, it is very difficult to keep open the window all the time.4) Not worth for money to enjoy the cooling with all above difficulties.5) After accepted return and refund I sent with lots of difficulty with same packing spent nearly 50£ transport charge, they opened and refused to accept the Air conditioner. The product came home( London to leeds to London). Then I have to pay extra charge as well.6) I sent advance email notification about the product return. They just simply reject without telling any reason,7) I don't trust this company as well. 8) After lots of argument with my family now I have to keep this machine at home ( Total spent 600£)

I ordered this air conditioning after a long search for an affordable and efficient unit. After a failed order from a different company i came accross the air conditioning centre and this unit. I received the unit 24 hours later. To my surprise the unit is bigger than i expected and a lot heavier than i expected. I had to carry it to my 2nd floor flat and it was not fun, you do need 2 people to carry it. it has wheels by the way.Let's start with the negatives:- the manual is not the best i have seen. It does help but at some points can be confusing.- The window kit that is provided is only for windows that slide vertically or horizontally. Any other type of window and you will have to leave a gap for the unit's exhaust to pump out heat. I just close the curtains while the pipe is out the window that helps. i am looking for an alternative solution.Now the positives:- The unit's noise is measured at 56db didn't know what it meant before i bought the unit. Once i started it i realised that despite it's size it is not as noisy as i expected it to be. It is noticeable but not distracting. A normal conversation can be had.- The cooling function is really good. this unit cooled my living room in less than 20 minutes. Temperature went from 27 degrees to 24 degrees in that time.- The electricity usage is better than i thought. It was fluctuating between 17p an hour to about 25p an hour. A lot less than my electric heaters.This is still early days, i will update this review as i continue to use the unit.
