This was suggested by my son's physician when he broke his ankle. I would say that it did what it was supposed to do because my son recovery time was quick considering he has hardware on both sides of his ankle. He did so well that he went back early for another issue but the cast was removed about a week and a half early. I don't know but I will contribute it to this and other regimens suggested by the physician.

I tried many many other supplements for back and hip pain some helped a little some doesn't helped at all This supplement it's just works great,took one with my coffee every morning most pain is gone 90 percent or more. Unbelievable
