my favorite compression sock
quite pleased with these. nice firm support. tough and long lasting. i have yet to tear or get a run in one. ive not noticed any relaxing of the support so far. i machine wash mine in a lingerie bag, and air dry. these are not the cheapest, but far from beingthe most expensive--the best value ive found. now my go-to compression sock. caution: these are like normal socks. gremlins hide one. buy extras. lol

Best socks for lymphedema and comfort
I was diagnosed with lymphedema in my left leg due to a lymph node excision. I have tried more than a dozen brands of medical and athletic grade socks, and these Doc Miller socks are the best. They are firm but comfortable enough that I choose to wear them on my right leg too. Their look is stylish enough to not appear out of place amongst the other athletic sleeves and socks at the gym. I wish their were more masculine color and pattern options, but overall, Doc Miller cannot be beat.

Digged into my skin
Even though I measure my calf with and chose according to size it was extremely tight it digged into my leg. I liked the fact it's open toe and that makes a difference from others but I would not wear these for a whole work day.

Not proper compression-- at all!
I bought these in hopes it would be a more affordable option for support garment. I was sadly disappointed. After two days of wear I noticed increased swelling in my ankle and knee. The top band is overly tight and the ankle compression is overly loose. So loose that it creased at the juncture of my upper foot and lower calf/ankle area creating a point of constricture that was very painful. Anyone who is serious about their compression needs knows that increased ankle compression and decreased calf/below knee band compression is crucial to successful compression for edema and blood clot prevention. I am now wearing older socks while waiting on a more reliable, but expensive, pair to come in and visiting the vascular doctor to insure I haven't done any damage to my leg. I would LOVE to return them but I prewashed before wearing because of thin, delicate, and sensitive skin. I see a lot of comments about sizing up for comfort but anyone needing compression should be fitted first by an expert before ordering online and should always go by measurements, not comfort! High compression garments should be difficult to put on and TIGHT!

Great inexpensive compression
These are great! Long enough and great compression. I only wish that they sold closed toe socks also. Especially since if I don't wear regular socks over these, the opening for the toes can roll or bunch up causing a painful lump to walk on.

Difficult
Have use of one hand very difficult to get on

Good fit and durable.
Very tough fabric: doesn’t run or puncture as easily as other types.
