Ok, so I've bought and tried various sorts of naturpoathic or herbal remedies, whatever the name, you know what I'm talking about. For all of them it was a total waste of money! I thought I won't be suckered again by very deceptive advertising, if not outright blatant lies. Skip ahead to what was the very rare episode of RLS that gradually became very common. For me, anything more than about 1/2 to 1 hour of sitting and I end up with the RLS, sometimes unilaterally, not uncommonly bilaterally. Only those of us who have RLS can describe how awful this syndrome is. There are times where I've thought I was going to jump out of my skin! So, in desperation I turned to Amazon and sought help. I read the few reviews of the Magnilife cream and felt so at the end of my rope, I decided to throw away about thirty dollars and make the purchase. So th two jars arrived in the morning. Later that evening, sure enough, here comes the RLS and I'm at my wits end. I applied the cream being quite certain it would have no beneficial effects! I was wrong! I would say that within 4, maybe 5 minutes, the RLS was gone. So I'm thinking coincidence, placebo effect, umm but could it really be the cream. Yes!! It not only ok'd be, it is the answer! I've used it at least 7 or8 times and the results are always the same .... RELIEF! Really..it works beautifully, at least for me! It seems like a small miracle to me and if you follow my recommendation I certainly hope your results will be as terrific as mine. Now, will this continue? I cannot say, but I know that for now I have stopped considering amputation. I mean, really, I was going on out of my mind. I want to tell you that for 26 years before retiring, I worked as a nurse anesthetist. With my professional training and a scientific approach always wanted me to know all I could learn about the drugs I used for the patients I cared for. Therefore, I was sorely tempted to examine the list of ingredients in an attempt to find exactly what it was that brought me so much welcomed. Then I thought, no, I'm just going to go with a winner and not try to be intellectual about the how's and whys. In short, if you are the typical desperate, suffering soul with RLS, I HIGHLY recommend this product.mi cannot guarantee that it will work for you, but sure worked for me!! Good luck!

I’ve been using Magna Life Restless Leg Cream for over 10 years, and I honestly don’t know what I’d do without it. When my restless legs kick in and I can’t fall asleep, I rub this on and I’m usually out within 15 minutes. My husband also gets leg cramps in the middle of the night — if I grab the jar and put this on, the cramps disappear within minutes. I wish they sold it by the gallon because we go through a jar every week! I even keep one in my car, and I always use it before flights since long flights make my restless legs worse. If they ever stop making this cream, I’d be in serious trouble. Bottom line: this stuff works. Nothing else comes close.

Not sure what's in this stuff, but I have struggled with RLS (restless leg syndrome) for years. This is the only product - other than prescription sleeping pills that actually works for me. It's more like a jell than a cream. I apply it to the bottom and top of my feet, including between toes, and then with the remaining jell I spread it up my leg to the upper portion of my thighs and especially behind my knees. Sometimes I have to take one or two Tylenol with it to get everything to settle down. I'm 71 and my circulatory system "ain't what she used to be," so I try to keep my feet and legs from touching each other and find that when sleeping flat on my back, it helps to slightly bend my knees to promote circulation. If I sleep on my side I make sure I use a pillow between my knees and avoid any part of my legs or feet to touch. I have also observed that for me foods at night that contain sugar, spicy stuff or anything caffeinated will really set my legs a going and prevent me from sleeping. I hope this helps and I know I gave out way more information than you asked for, but I have researched many personal experiences and cures from others who suffer RLS and these are the things that work for me. Bottom line. This is by far the best cure for RLS I personally have ever found. I use it every night and have been for the past 5 or so years. I highly recommend you give it a try. Pros: Applies very easily, non greasy and seems to just disappear into your skin with no annoying residue. Has an odor of fresh pine needles, doesn't leave a greasy or annoying residue on your skin, works for me 99% of the time. Cons: Expensive. Sold in small quantities, not available in larger more economical quantities. I go through a jar every 10 to 14 days, so plan on that 2-pack lasting about a month.

RLS could be the result of iron deficiency or a problem with the way brain cells use dopamine, a chemical in the brain. I've had RLS for almost 25 yrs. There is nothing I haven't purchased over the counter. Nothing seems to work. I joined a research group 2 years ago and was placed on a concoction of different drugs. From there, my rheumatologist has put me on Ropinirole and Tizanidine which I take daily. Have been on these drugs for several years and get very little results. Bought so many OTC muscle roll on and creams and nothing seems to help. That being said, I have purchased 6 jars of this cream and to be honest, haven't noticed a difference. I'm retired so my best sleep is mid-morning to mid-afternoon because I'm up most of the night. Research is basically at a standstill as to how to treat RLS, and what the actual cause is. So to all RLS "victims", try to deal with it as best as you can and stop spending money on useless promises of this and that.

This stuff really works. If you have aches & cramps at nighttime, it relaxes your legs so you can get a good night's sleep, so it lasts through the night. After my husband has been on his feet all day & did a lot of walking at work it never fails he will wake up in the middle of the night with Charlie horses in his legs, if he puts this stuff on that doesn't happen. I don't just use it on my legs but on my upper arms and shoulders. For what it does, I can say the price for it, is not bad.
