I got this for my dad as a gift. I got the Black Onyx with personalized gold lettering. He loved it! He said it was soft, nice quality, and it overall really nice. He loved the personal touch and I think the black onyx looks gorgeous with the gold. It’s also a really practical size and he’s taking it on his next business trip. He likes it so much I’m considering getting one for myself. Definitely worth it as a gift!

Nice made leather journal that will suffice for any writing needs. The notebook has card slots that you can either slip in credit cards/ID card or business card, and are fairly sturdy to keep them in place. The front cover of the notebook has a front pocket that you can slip a pen/pencil, and it can hold placing a decent size mobile phone in the pocket (I would choose one or the other and try to put both).The paper inside the notebook is respectable in terms the line spacing is good and it has ample room to make your notes. Lying the notebook flat on a surface, however split a few of my pages inside of it, so it could be a minor issue due to quality control. Also, on the inside is a ribbon to mark your place in the journal and the notebook has a pen holder sewn on the inside of the notebook. When you place your pen inside of it and close the notebook, the pen moves to the side of it to keep it secure.Overall, this is a very nicely made notebook. and despite mine having a few pages split on the inside, I would recommend it.

I am so happy with how the personalization turned out on this notebook! The notebook itself is a beautiful pale blue color and the texture feels really nice and durable. The notebook pages are the right thickness and I don't foresee ink bleeding issues. The personalization color, font and size are beautiful. Although I was hoping to personalize with a comma between my name and credential and also include my 2nd credentials, it still worked out okay. The seller was very responsive and willing to ask the team if they could make it happen. I appreciated the customer service.

I didn't at first realize it had actually been customized because of black lettering on black/charcoal binder. However, the Seller was very responsive when I contacted them. And I realized after taking their requested photo that it had in fact been personalized as I requested. The product at sale appeared to be gold lettering on dark binder. Whether I missed something on ordering or it's not available like that, I don't know. It's okay...

The journal by all appearances is quite nice, the magnetic latch is particularly strong even given how small it is and the cover is an attractive leather-type, the business card pouches are a nice touch, and the built in bookmark is simply amazing and something I wish more journals would offer.It functions perfectly as a journal though I'd have concerns for it in retaining its form. The description names the journal as being made of leather everywhere in the product information page then names the inside as being vegan leather. I don't have any experience with vegan leather, but I do have several leather bound books and this journal definitely is not leather in that it's much too soft and doesn't seem like it will hold up to any heavy use like a padfolio would.It's extremely nice for the aesthetic and function, but I have severe doubts it'll hold up in a demanding environment.
