Great tasting sherry vinegar. Especially at the price for a 50yr old matured one.

Excellent. A wonderful depth of flavour. I use it more often then balsamic vinegar now. Value for money, and a very good consistency from bottle to bottle.

Reasonably a small bottle, however you don't need much in what you are using it for. Definitely a flavour of sherry balanced well with the vinegar.

While the taste is good, I was disappointed to see that it has caramel as a colouring agent. At 50 years old, why is this necessary?
