I use this to clamp my iPhone to my desk while working. The clamp is strong, and the MagSafe connection holds the phone securely. The mount swivels in multiple dimensions, so you can aim it at exactly where you want. Solid product.

The product is made of decent material (unlike the first one I ordered and immediately returned.) It clips well to the vent in the car, but I didn't find anything it would clip to on the airplane, which was my original reason for buying it. It works great for gps in the car. You clip it to the vent or whatever in the car and it holds the phone steady. In the few weeks I have been using it, it has only fallen once. It is fairly stable. I'm happy with it.The magnetic circle that must be attached to the phone is thin, but it won't fit oh the phone with a pop socket (the popup holder you put on the back of the phone or case.) You'll have to choose one or the other since both are "permanently" stuck.

I have been trying to find a good option for an airplane trip I am taking soon for my switch. I don't like the Joycons at all so I use a full sized controller when I can, last year I tried the split pad pro but you can't remap the buttons so I did not use it much so this year I was looking for something to mount the switch to the tray or seat back and found this type of mount. Because the Switch does not have the ring to mount it to I was looking for one that came with a ring I could stick to the switch, one that is small enough it is not a bother for neighbors or fills up my bag, one with a thin mounting end I could use with the tray closed and this one ticked all my boxes. While I have not traveled yet I did mount to ring on the switch and it shook it around, turbulence like, and it seems more than strong enough to hold the extra weight of the larger/heavier switch. Bonus I can switch between the switch and my phone super quick and easy.UPDATE: Took it on my trip and it worked great, could not recommend more, I mounted it with the tray table up, worked perfectly, was right at eye level. The trip down was pretty rough at times and the switch did not move at all. When we got closer i put the Switch away and used it for my phone, so easy. The only thing that would make it better is if the Switch had better games, but that is not the holder's fault.

These are good and very durable. The grip is great but it is difficult to open and close.

Sturdy and ergonomically correct. Easy to use and stores away flat. Strong magnetic hold and is versatile to turn your phone to a different angle. I fair like the cost is worth it.
