I am always trying new supplements to decrease inflammation. I'd never heard of using snail protein before but figured it was worth a try (along with the other ingredients). But I really haven't noticed any difference since taking these (though I realize it may take a while). I think the combination of ingredients is good--broswellia serrata, turmeric, glucosamine, collagen, and more--but the doses of each are so low, I think I'd be better off buying single-ingredient supplements (the dosage of turmeric, for example, which has been proven to be effective in a number of ways) is only 100 mg while other products I've purchased in the past had 1000 mg (but those didn't "cure" my achy knees either). These are also kind of pricey for the dosages....

I can't say with certainty just how much alleviation this supplement brought to my joints; however, here's what I can say.The capsules are quality and well packed.The packaging itself is extremely nice-looking.I didn't experience any gross supplement burps that other supplements are known to cause.

AURA VITAMINS REGEMAX are easy to swallow 2 capsule daily servings. Product i recieved was powdered green on the inside, not sure if its resdule powder or a capsule that broke, but the smell was displleasing. The clear cover however does well to cover the taste, it was mainly tasteless while sollowing the capsule. Expiration date and lot # clearly listed on the bottom of the container. i can't say how well these work, didn't notice any joint discconfort while taking them, and i didn't notice any after effects either. Just wished i didn't smell the container.

Pills are easy to swallow. They have a funky smell that was really off putting when I first opened the bottle however I've pretty much gotten used to it. *that smell may be from the turmeric as I know that can have a distinct spicy type smell. After about a week of use its difficult to say for certain how helpful these are but they do contain a few simple ingredients such as turmeric and collagen that are known for joint support and repair. I figure it won't hurt, and can only potentially help to keep trying them
