I suppose this could be a placebo, but if I feel better for taking it, then to me it works.I'm taking the suggested 3 - 4 x per day.No flavour, as you just swallow with liquid. Then wait.After watching Clarkson's Farm season 3, I'm now sold on the benefits.Yes, I recommend
