Hosted a wine & painting party and these were perfect for canvas stenciling :)

There are 6 rounded short handled brushes sized from small to large (also numbered 1 - 6) See pics for size reference. The bristles are more on the softer side, not too firm but they hold their shape. I'm going to order some miniatures to paint using these brushes but in the meantime, I wanted to test them to see if these brushes could help blend soft/hard pastels, graphite and charcoal. They are actually working very well so far! They can be used to blend oil pastels as well if you add a tiny bit of odorless mineral spirits. I'll return to add to this review once I have the chance to use them for miniature painting. So far they work great for blending.

the brushes are fine. I'm still learning how to paint minis so if you're like me you dont want to invest in something expensive and accidentally mess it up. Solid choice for someone just getting into some dry brushing. I gave it 3 stars because some of the fibers from the brush have fallen off on my first use. Getting the impression that it wont last very long but, you could totally get thorugh a few dozen minis (is my estimate)

We are a nerdy family. Personally, I love to paint. Especially mini’s for our DnD campaigns. These dry brushes help me create some amazing effects on our minis. They are crafted and priced very well. I really like the different sizes so I can create exactly the type of finish i want for each project. They are durable as well. We use these several times per week, and as long as we clean them up right after each use we get a lot of mileage out of them. I recommend these.

These came wonderfully packaged with each brush individually wrapped within the outer bag which tells me the manufacturer cares and wants their brushes to stay properly formed and ready to be put to use. I'll be using these primarily for painting highlights on miniatures, but these could be used in any application. The goathair is very well seated in the shaft and formed into perfect domes. The overall length and size is very comfortable in my hand and should be a dream to quickly throw highlights on figures. These are definitely worth adding to your brush collection.

Good little set of quality brushes. I use for oil painting, primarily for dry brushing blending. There are six brushes in the set. Each is about 4-5 inches long with a short bristle head. The bristles are very soft and high quality. They do not fall out when painting or cleaning. The brushes are sturdy and do not come apart.I’m quite pleased with this set. This was something missing in my kit until I found these.

Very happy with this dry brush set. The quality is great and the bristles are firm enough for dry brushing but still soft for a smooth paint application. The handles are not very long, all less than 6 inches, and that makes them easier to hold and get into tighter spaces. I couldn't be happier with this set and I would recommend it.

Nice assortment of sizes. Short handles so they don't take up too much room. Built solid and they feel nice in your hand.
