I really like this bird feeder. It has good quality video and audio for the most part (wi-fi signal dependent). It did not exactly fit the feeder pole that we got separately but we were able to MacGuyver it on to make it work. It was mostly put together so it was fairly easy to get started. You can slightly adjust the camera angle up/down, which is nice. I do wish that we could get more than 10 second clips at a time and I feel that it’s kind of low to charge for longer clips (optional monthly service). It is fun & interesting to see the birds close up snacking and crunching on their treats. Overall I would recommend this feeder.

Bought this as a Christmas gift and the recipient LOVED the gift! I waited to write a review until we installed and saw the product in use a couple months but after 3 months of capturing great bird photos and videos, I'd highly recommend. Did a lot of research and felt like this was the best quality model for the price. Installation was fairly simple (took about 30-45 minutes). Didn't pay for subscription but video alerts on phone are great (had to turn them off for part of the day or else it goes off all the time) and variety of birds have visited! Overall, I think I won Christmas this year.

My wife is an avid bird watcher and I bought this for her. She loves it. Great views everyday of the birds that visit. The solar panel is easy to attach. She has shared her video view with other family members and they love it. Get a great view of the birds.

Very complete bird camera! It connects to my phone and the set up was pretty easy. It’s also solar charged, which is absolutely amazing. The image quality is great too, and it helps that there’s night vision since there’s some nighttime animal activity where I live. I also love having a microphone attached to listen to the birds sing. Overall great quality product! It’s a must-have to any bird watcher.

After 2 months Wi-Fi connectivity is tenuous. Right now the camera is down. Tech support is through email and each question or problem is answered once a day. Rebooting only worked for a few hours. This camera birdfeeder was almost perfect at first even though I’ve always had a weak signal. But now no WiFi and I guess I’ll have to wait until tomorrow to see what they say. I’ll keep you posted. Update: haven’t heard from tech support for 3 days now. I’ve always had a weak signal, but it still worked good, except for the live setting. But now connectivity only works about half the time. I took their suggestion and tried moving the feeder to a more optimal location. But now the only time I get a medium WiFi signal is when the bird feeder is 2 1/2 feet off the ground and 10 feet away the the router. The squirrels love it! I’ll keep posting until this connectivity problem is solved because when it works, it’s great! Update 4/1/2024. The only advice they give me is to move feeder to better location or buy a new router. Since I’ve already tried moving it to a new location without success and the fact that I already have 4 security cameras outside my house that work just fine, I can only assume that the WiFi signal from feeder camera is of low quality. So take my review and purchase of this product with some trepidation. The feeder may work for you just fine, but for me it was a waste of money. Update: (4/4/2024) Their tech support can offer me no workable solutions to my lack of connectivity.

The media could not be loaded.  This birdhouse is pretty impressive. The camera quality is very good. I have ring cameras all over my house and was thinking about putting one in the backyard. This doubles as a birdhouse and security camera. I was concerned about the app interface but it’s really good! App is very similar to the Ring. You can review the camera live, see your motion video snapshots and set motion settings etc. The motion is sensitive so I have mine on low and it still pics up birds. Very good for the price! Highly recommend!

This is absolutely the best thing I've gotten in a long time! The video is clear and I live seeing all the different birds,squirrels, deer,raccoon and even a bear! Never knew all these critters were having out by my feeders! I can't wait to see who visits next!Worth every penny!

updateThey refunded my purchase price and an apology so since my other one worked so good I bought another. It has worked great I still think the app has a problem minor that they could probably fix with an update My honey was installing his Ring camera and I said this is better SO HAPPY FATHERS DAY he is installing this at the camp Hope to see a lot of different birds thereI got my 1st 1 for Christmas and I loved it (AT 1st) . Put it up and thought it was a bit hard to get codes scanned they are under and behind but we got it installed. Birds were a bit dark we moved and adjusted the camera and had to reinstall , even though they were on the wifi we had to re scan the damn thing and reinstall. My grandkids loved it and so for Valentines day I asked for a 2nd. We installed it and thought ok good WRONG . Yesterday I was sitting inside when I get an alert. I look NOTHING . App says no camera's installed but its taking video. I try to reinstall cameras the app cant find them so I go through all the steps press button wait for beep scan code ........NO IT WILL NOT SCAN CODE I try the other way scan code underneath NOPE wont scan I have now taken down the back one and tried to reinstall the front one NO It is taking video and putting in the library but not showing live or even the camera is hooked up AND There is no way to install the app on a laptop you have to use your phone I'm going to return the 1 I bought for my son and get him the Bird Buddy one
