I love it. It looks great, matches the design of my living room. Plus, it works well as oil diffuser.

I was a beekeeper for 5 years and adore the scent of fresh beeswax, however, candles are time-consuming to make and I prefer to purchase my beeswax by the block and keep in around the house for a clean inviting smell. I decided to try this wax melt and love it!! I just snaped a section of beeswax off and put it in the melter and my house smells amazing all day long! Plus a little bit of wax lasts forever! My friends have commented how nice my home smells and it is the perfect night ambiance for working late. I purchased the holder with small holes all over it and it is very charming and adds a warm look to my countertop. I am going to purchase another for a friend and gift it with a few blocks of beeswax. I have not tried it with conventional wax melts, just beeswax, so I cannot attest to how easy it is to clean, but it does melt evenly and the light gets nice and hot with a warm glow. I would recommend this product

There is nothing to dislike about this warmer. It not only does the job of warming the wax, it's so pretty and so well made. It's actual ceramic and feels it to the touch. The lighting is pretty too. It comes packaged exceptionally well. They company really goes above and beyond to protect it. The only issue I had was with the bulb. It burnt out quickly. Like after using it just 3 times. I have ordered 2 different kinds of 25V replacement bulbs I'm going to try. One isn't getting good reviews, one is. (the one that comes with the warmer is the one with the poor reviews, so we will see) It doesn't have a thing to do with how much I like the warmer though. No more soot and the great wax scents I love with the addition of the night light effect.

Do not be fooled by all the punch outs on the side of this warmer. The included bulb get very hot and focuses the light directly above. The unit is ceramic. The melting tray gets very hot. It works well for me. I just wish I could get rid of my clogged sinuses to smell the scented wax cubes!

6/1/2021 UPDATE: the product quit working, again. I won’t be contacting the company for another but I will be ordering a new wax melt from another company. A 90 day life isn’t long enough for me. 3/8/21 UPDATE: I contacted the company directly and they were more than happy to send me a new product. This one was delivered in about 4 days and I plugged it in immediately. It melts the wax cubes evenly and gives off a nice bright light. I love the way this melter looks in the living space. I received this as a gift from my husband for Christmas. I just got around to putting it out this week. I was very impressed with how it looked and the small amount of space it took up. On the third day that I had this out, I went to turn it on and it would no longer work. Tried unplugging, changing the bulb, nothing will turn this thing on. Very disappointing. I might’ve used it for 7 hours total. I’m out of the window for returns.

I ordered this warmer after returning a different brand that had a chemical smell & a screw on the bottom got incredibly hot after turning on. This one does not get warm at the bottom, at all. I have used mine virtually every day between 4-6 hours, on the low setting, for 6 months and I’m still using the original bulb. It heats the wax easily on low. The wax I’ve used, Formula 117, has worked very well. I use 1-2 wax melt squares. It’s easy to clean (when changing scents I pour the old wax into the wax scent container & wipe any residue with a tissue). The light looks nice through the holes too. If I had a complaint it would be that the wax cup could be a little more stable, it can shift a little in any direction when it is seated. Overall, I’m very satisfied.

Absolutely beautiful wax melt warmer! The light that it emits is soft and the timer works wonderfully. Just the right size also.

So pretty. Exactly like the picture. Very nice quality. I love the fact that it has a timer, so you don't have to worry about leaving it on. And the 3 light settings are perfect, especially for evening when you just want a soft glow.

I love this product. A beautiful ceramic item with a very warm glow that adds a nice light pattern to its surrounding area. It really adds a nice cozy touch to a space. I love that I can leave this thing on for a long time without worrying about an open flame. With the right wax it tends to last a lot longer than a candle too! I will say the wax holder part is really quite loose and with the wrong move you can end up with hot wax everywhere, which I have unfortunately done. I’m not really sure if it’s safe to have the holder completely locked onto the top of the base, however I think there could’ve been a way to secure it a bit better. I would certainly keep it out of reach from kids/pets and in an area that isn’t very high traffic to avoid knocking the warming plate. Wax spills are not fun! I really love this product though, and with value for money in mind it is the best most stylish option that Amazon Canada offers in my opinion!
