Best tech support
Recently, just before a trip, one of my Kirkland hearing aids died. Normally, I would have gone to Costco to purchase a new hearing aid, but that is a lengthy process, and I did not have time to do it. So I searched Amazon for “best hearing aids” and looked at the several offerings. Some were more highlyrated than the Jabra Enhance Select 50R but the user comments suggested that their tech support would be lacking. I knew Jabra from other products and its had good tech support, so I bought the Jabra unit.Out-of-the-box it’s a good hearing aid. Jabra tech support improved it for me by using the results of the online hearing test, which has to be completed before the unit is activated, to tune the frequency responses which was posted on the Jabra Enhance app for downloading. That helped but I still had issues. When this was reported to tech support. I received a second update file to download. I applied it and the hearing aid is now significantly improved. Those actions by tech support took only a few days.During my trip, the audio function of my smartphone failed. I decided to buy an updated model, then transferred my files to the new smartphone. The Jabra Enhance app transferred but it did not include the frequency updates. I so notified tech support, and the next day received a new file to download.When rating hearing aids, my experience shows that tech support is key to getting the best performance from the unit, because each person’s response is different. Jabra did this for me, and that is why I have given it a 5-star rating

Nice Bluetooth connected aids, customer service??????
Had to replace the wires between the aids and the ear buds on both sets of aids I bought. First time was a breeze on my aids. The second time was a literal pain in the neck on my wife’s aids. Should have been a breeze since I gave them the same information as I did on my aids, but it wasn’t. They wanted serial numbers and a greater description of what the problem was and wanted me to do the trouble shooting after I already told them I had. I was literally in shock at the different treatment I received getting my wife’s aids working again. On my aids it took a few days to get the new wire I needed. On my wife’s aids it took almost 2 months. I gave a 4 star review because the aids have been very good, but the customer service on my wife’s aids was so bad I will not purchase these aids again.

Horrible support and questionable practices.
Got this for my wife who is a school teacher. It got here and was clearly a used unit that had issues. Called Jabari customer service and they would only send us a used refurb and not a new replacement. So we are having to send it back to Amazon which is not that big of a deal outside of the fact that we financed this and it makes the return process take weeks instead of days. Not happy at all. You can check all of my reviews I do t leave 1-star reviews but his has been a horrible experience and no one seems to care.

Don't buy if you have an Android phone.
I wanted hearing aids that had two features that I did not have before.I wanted them to be rechargable. My previous hearing aids required replacing batteries constantly. The recharging works nicely. I put them on the charger at night when I go to bed, and then they last the entire next day.The second feature I wanted was Bluetooth capability. I walk a lot and like to listen to music, books, or podcasts while I walk. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth capability is the worst connectivity I have ever experienced. I have $15 ear buds that work better. The range is about three feet (literally). I can't carry my phone in my pocket and expect it to maintain a Bluetooth connection. Even if I put the phone in a holder on my arm, one of the hearing aids drops off (making listening to music impossible). On a 3.5 mile walk this evening I had to disconnect and reconnect to Bluetooth three times to get any audio through the hearing aids. I spoke to a representative about it and his only response was that they work better with an Apple phone. That was after he found out I have an Android phone (Samsung S24 Ultra).These are not the most expensive hearing aids but they are not the least expensive either. It occurs to me that Bluetooth has been around long enough that there should be no problem with the connection. The limited range makes the Bluetooth function basically useless.Other than that major disappointment, they seem to work OK.

My wife Can Finally Hear Again!
Top notch hearing aids with great programming options at an affordable price. Not the cheapest OTC devices on the market, but certainly an excellent product for moderate to severe hearing loss. This purchase was for my wife, and they compare quite favorably in appearance, quality, comfort, and performance to the high-end devices I acquired via an audiologist.

Great Hearing Aids for the Money
I was wearing hearing aids that cost over 4 X as much. While I still have trouble hearing, the Jabra aids are just as good if not better.

poor support
I bought the Jabra enhanced hearing aids thru amazon, purchased in sept. I have had nothing but trouble with them. today although they were charged I could not hear anything. I resorted to using my back up. hearing aids. I paid 1000.00 plus for them and they have not performed as advertised. I have contacted Jabra support often, in the past month I have contacted them and they have not responded to me. I would like to return the hearing aids. as a senior citizen I can not afford to pay $1000. plus for a product that does not perform as advertised. I would like a refund.

Excellent Hearing add
I have tried a few of them before, until I found this one. Once they program your Audiogram via the Internet, the rest is easy via your phone. Works very smooth, you don't even feel that you are wearing the set, Tinnitus is reduced at least 50%. Excellent product.
