Must have to replace factory Conklin nibs
I purchased this replacement for the factory nib in my Conklin Duragraph “Abalone Nights”. Conklin has a reputation for dry nibs, and the original on my Duragraph was the quintessential hard-starting page scraper. I am very pleased with the action on this broad Jowo replacement. Wet and broad.

Turned dry stub into wet gusher!
I had a nice tortoiseshell Durograph with a stub that wrote sooo dry and I even messed with it a ton to no avail. I finally gave up and bought this broad nib. It comes with the feed. You just easily swap them out. It is now a firehose! I love it. So worth it.

Conklin Nib and feed replacement
The biggest problem with Conklin Fountain Pens is their nib and feed. It is a hit and miss even with a replacement trying to find one that does have a good, long lasting, ink flow. I’ve not used the replacement long enough to tell if it has a reliable ink flow.
