Bradley Smoker Bisquettes for Grilling and BBQ, Mesquite, 120 Pack

We cold smoke a lot in the winter and these pucks, in combination with the Bradley cold smoke attachment make the process super easy. No worrying if its gonna smoke and for how long. No in and out of the house checking if the smoke pile still smokes... just load the pucks, switch the Bradley on and forget about it. We like the taste of the pecan blend - cold smoked some cured pork lion with it recently.

They do the job. Flavorful, no chemical taste, clean burning as far as I can tell. Good product.

I really like these bisquettes and they provide very consistent quality smoke. I switch between hickory, oak and mesquite. The price on Amazon has doubled recently. The price on Bradley direct is decent, but the delivery is as much as the pucks almost. Stumbled on Home Depot.com and you can get the 48 pack for cheaper than 24 here, and free shipping. Actually, I just got free next 9 shipping on two 48 packs.

Oh baby, these things do a great job infusing my smoked meat with flavor. If I was to do it over again, I might buy a smoker that doesn’t need to use these pucks because they can become expensive over time, but I’m happy. They do the job well.

I grabbed the Bradley Smoker Briquettes Cherry Flavor to mix things up a bit, and wow… I didn’t just upgrade my BBQ I gave it a whole personality makeover. First thing you notice is the aroma. The moment these briquettes start doing their thing, your backyard smells like a sweet, smoky dream. It’s not that harsh, punch you in the face smoke it’s smooth, slightly sweet, and classy… like your BBQ just started listening to jazz. Flavor wise? Absolute perfection. The cherry wood gives meat this subtle sweetness that doesn’t overpower anything. It just gently sneaks in like, “Hey, I’m here to make everything taste better.” Ribs, chicken, pork everything comes out with this beautiful, balanced flavor that has people asking, “What did you do differently?” (You can act mysterious. I did.) They burn consistently, which is exactly what you want when you’re smoking low and slow. No weird fluctuations, no drama just steady, reliable performance. Pair these with a Bradley smoker, and it’s basically BBQ on autopilot. Also, they produce a nice clean smoke. No bitterness, no weird aftertaste just pure, delicious goodness. It’s the kind of smoke that makes your neighbors suddenly “just happen to be outside” when you’re cooking. Only downside? You might start judging restaurant BBQ a little harder after using these. It’s a slippery slope.

We use this product for making our smoked salmon. Best flavor ever!
