I ordered this customized bobble head for my husband for Christmas and was so pleased with the finished product. The ordering process was not difficult, required me to download a picture of what I wanted the bobble head to look like and they emailed me updates when they completed different parts of the process of creating the perfect bobblehead. The price range was around what other online stores were charging and I liked that they updated and asked for the okay to continue or if I needed them to make any changes. I was so happy with the finished product. It looked exactly like the picture I sent. Definitely worth the money!

I ordered a custom bobblehead and was impressed with the overall quality, but there were a few areas for improvement.Pros:The face was spot on! I appreciated that they contacted me during the process to get my input and approval, which ensured it looked just right.The US Navy uniform and stance were perfect—every detail was beautifully crafted.Cons:While they included gray in the mustache, they didn’t include it in the hair, which made it look like a toupee or that it was dyed. Also, the hairstyle was a mullet instead of the military cut I expected. From the side view, the ears don’t lay flat as they should. I wish they had reached out for input on the hair like they did with the face.The gift box arrived dented because it was shipped in a bag instead of a protective box.Unfortunately, it arrived 2 days late for Christmas, which was disappointing as it was meant to be a special gift.Overall, it’s a great keepsake, but better communication and attention to shipping would make the experience perfect.

Don't use this company for your bobblehead. They could never get the shape of the head or the body correct (a heavy-set mature person looks 20 years younger and thin.) I figured they must be using a mold and was limited in what they could do. I requested to cancel my order if they were not able to do it correctly. They insisted they could get it right. While they sent me several pictures of the body, then the head during the making of my bobblehead for my review and approval, they never really got there, but I accepted their limitations as "good enough" (maybe my brother will be flattered by the younger looking doll). But then they NEVER sent me a final picture to review the entire bobblehead put together. The result was the hat color did not match the suit color. When I asked for a refund, they agreed to correct the head, but then expected me to follow their complicated steps to replace the head myself. When I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing this (heating process involved) and please refund my order, they offered to simply redo the whole bobblehead. Then no further communication. The body also seemed fragile (I was concerned the hands/arms would break) and the head seems too heavy for the spring that its on. So, I'm stuck with a poor product that was supposed to be a Christmas gift. A waste of my money! Buyers be ware!
