Ive always had issues with my gums hurting and bleeding at times, and while this wont solve all your problems, it really has helped me to stop hating the way my mouth. It feels cleaner, and fresher. Ive tried many mouthwashes and this has to be my favourite one so far :)Though when it comes sometimes its a bit congeled, just give it a good shake and it becomes normal and fluid.
