this is an excellent, all natural, nothing synthetic, supplement of Vitamin c and Zinc - perfect to immune system strengthening- this maker is well known for quality product so if you are looking for something good to your system, you won't get wrong with this- I am not a doctor so everything i say here is only based on my personal experience- i am personally taking these tablet for my recent cold and runny nose and because i am against the effervescent tablets ( full of additives and rich in salts) , I always look for less harmful products, more natural- my favorite brand of wholefood-made supplements is TerraNova but they don't always cover every supplement i need so , for this one i have opted for Viridian-

Got some of this after recommendation from a friend. It's good stuff and helped with keeping colds at bay.

It seems to be working to help get over a cold

Having tried all manner of syrups and tablets, unsuccessfully, to clear my throat after a heavy cold I came across these tablets and thought I had nothing to lose by trying them. I was a bit dubious about having "garlic breath" but decided to try them anyway. Any doubts I had were totally unfounded. I have been taking them as directed for a few weeks, to be honest can't quite remember how long, and find them to be very effective.Delivery was prompt and the product arrived in sensible packaging.I highly recommend this product, and will always make sure that I have a supply in my medicine cupboard.

Having suffered with sinus problems in the past my health food shop put me onto horseradish and garlic pills.The product I first used became unavailable in UK and for a couple of years I sent to Australia for them; this was quite expensive, although I would have continued for the wonderful relief, but these are just as good and more readily available here in UK.

My daughter in Australia swears by horseradish and garlic tablets as she is sure they protect her and her husband from colds. Both of them caught one when they stopped taking the tablets during the summer. Time will tell whether or not they work for us. In anticipation I have awarded 4 stars, but hope I should have given 5!

I had had a cough for a month or more. Tablets containing a mixture of horseradish, garlic and vitamin C had been recommended by relatives in Australia. I could not, however, find them in the UK - except these ones. Within 2 days of taking these my cough had gone. I'm onto another cough now - I think this time to a sensitivity to gluten - and am taking them once again - although have only had a couple so far. Time will tell.

Excellent product arrived quickly.
