Wow. I’d been dragging my feet on buying these since my husband got a pair last year. I have a lot of trouble spending so much on shoes but these so far are worth every penny. They feel really weird when you first put them on. Like those rediculious trampoline shoes they had in the early 90s. But you’ll adjust, and they do break in a little. There is a noticeable difference in how fatigued my glutes and quads feel after a run, and I have zero hip and knee pain. 10/10 would recommend, especially for runners (especially those of us over 40) or peeps with jankey joints.

I’ve been struggling with my run time for my Combat fitness test. I’ve been over on my 1.5/2 mile run by a minute or so. I hate running .. it’s never been my thing. Straight out the box I ran 4 miles (not kidding) a FIRST time ever running that distance. Shoes are definitely a running Aide . They are light and “ springy” . If you’re looking for a fashion shoe … these arnt it even tho they are very cute in my opinion. But definitely a great running shoe! Nike… you did it!!
