Shocking!!
Shock really is the word! I’ve never used anything so disappointing on my hair. My hair was in excellent condition beforehand, freshly cut and healthy. After using the Head Shock Plex System 1 Cleansing Shampoo and System 3 Hydrating Conditioner, my hair felt like straw. It seemed to strip every bit of moisture out, leaving it dry, rough, tangled, and so unmanageable I could barely get a brush through it. Once dry, it was so brittle I didn’t dare brush it for fear of breakage. I took these products on a short break, used them for three days, and ended up leaving them behind because I couldn’t face bringing them home. Honestly, they should have gone straight in the bin. I didnt buy the product from Amazon however I feel everyone should be aware just how bad this product is!

Terrible
This conditioner actually sticks your hair together like glue. I’ve never in my life put anything in my hair that scared the life of me. How they can call this ‘conditioner’ is beyond me, if you were to brush your hair after taking the towel off. I think you would break your hair.

There’s a reason it’s so cheap…
So bad that I’m writing my first EVER review on Amazon!! There’s a reason this stuff is so cheap in B&M and Savers and the like and it is because it absolutely CANNOT do anything for your damaged hair. It actually left mine feeling 10 times worse and sticking together after a hair salon appointment!! The consistency is also very thin and feels really strange and oily. AVOID.
