Re-writing review (after 1.5y use) Sound quality 5/5 Quality 5/5 Value for money 2/5 Durability 2/5 Appearance 5/5 Battery space cap is very thin, can damage easily(if usage is hard). No cap for USB space under the mouse(but tightly held) Mouse is shiny may get scratch easily, it should be mat finish like keyboard (no scratch yet). Number, caps lock led looks very odd, it should be dot light. I have purchased two in quantity and one is working fine and another (keyboard and mouse) not working at all.

Edit: Downgraded to 1 star after 3 mos. Rubbish product, difficult to use as height of the keys makes it so that multiple keys get pressed at one time. Chews through batteries. Poor design, it seems keyboard signal routed through mouse so if mouse fails keyboard is useless on its own. Overall a very negative experience with this product. The receiver dongle is tucked away in mouse, keyboard needs AAA batteries 2 and mouse needs AA 1 not included. Instructions should be given. At least post video online and give QR code on packaging. Hence deducted stars. Otherwise good product.

First Impressions. - I'm a Laptop Keyboard user and not a fan of external keyboards. For starters - it has a very satisfying feeling when you work / type & that alone boosts the experience. To me, I make more typing errors, as the keys are designed spaciously, yet the accidental taps are easy to come. There is an odd feeling between using other keys and space bar. Space bar definitely needs more work from Zebronics. Design element is amazing. Key travel + touch and feel is amazing. Mouse: I am a fan of Zebronics' mouse in general,. however this one I'd say is good for looks but not so good when it comes to being handy and in usage. Overall, a great effort - but still need to improve from the design standpoint. On the contrary - if you are an office user who uses this mostly with a monitor and a desktop and if typing is a core part of your job - this is going to be an amazing fit for you.

Do not buy this product at all. First they give you the damaged and faulty producfs then amazon staff says call their customer srvice for replacememt and retirn.... they shared numbers of zeb cs srvie team. Outdatrd and old numbers not connecting. Then they asked me to visit thier store for this minor and pathetic product. Keys are not wprking proprly at all. Stuck most of the time. And now i have to hassle to phyiscally visit the zeb store which is miles away from my house. If i had to go outside physically then i would have purchased a better product from outside market. Y wpuld i shop it online ????? Then what is the meaning of online shopping..... trust me amazon keep getting worst and worst day by day. Thier delivery team is pathetic and thrn the customer service team..... HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED AND TELLING YOU I LOST MY MONEY. BUT YOU CAN SAVE YOURS. IF YOU ARE ABLE TO READ THIS REVIEW.
