I have had issues going to the bathroom since I was a little girl, dealing with horrible stomach aches because of it & very uncomfortable. Couple weeks ago I was talking to a friend of mine at work and we were talking about our tummy issues and the next day she brought me in this tea. Let's just say she brought me five bags and they are now gone and I bought my own box. This is 100% the best stuff I've ever taken and one of the only things that actually works for me. The other that works is in the glass jar that's clear and it's a drink and it's real Sour and I forgot what it's called but this tea is very very gentle on your stomach. My stomach aches are so much less now and I just have a little cup of this tea every other day or so and if you're really bad and can't go it could work rather quickly but normally if you take it at night when you go to bed usually in the morning you will go or it's possible it could wake you up during the night, but once you go that's it. I will probably be buying this tea for the rest of my life. No joke it is so easy on the stomach and does not taste too bad either. I highly recommend it to people that are just consistently having issues with going to the bathroom.

I love this tea because it does the job without any of the painful cramping or harsh side effects you get from other products. Effective: I only need one tea bag to get reliable results. Gentle: It works overnight in a very natural way without the uncomfortable urgency or harsh issues. Simple: The taste is pleasant, and it is easy to brew before bed. If you need gentle support, this is definitely the one to try. Highly recommended!

This is great tea!! The taste is calming and smooth. Great anytime. But, for constipation I suggest drinking a cup before bed and in the morning you get relief. It works! And in my opinion, it’s gentle.

I like the taste and it works. Takes a while to move ya along. I have no worries drinking a cup in the evening because for me the results won't be until the next afternoon-ish.

The product works well. I recommend it. That said, the box that the tea is stored in, arrived bent and ripped apart. This isn’t the first time that I’ve received a destroyed box from an Amazon delivery. Its happened a few times. Products in boxes that are expected to keep their integrity, and be used along with the product, should NOT be shipped in those cheap envelopes! I will keep this product, but will not be ordering more things like this, until this problem is fixed.

According to my husband, this works.

1000000/10 I used 2 tea bags with 2 cups of water. After allowing my water to boil I seeped the tea bags in the hot water for about 15 minutes. It does take a bit longer to work as I drank the tea a little after 4pm and by 6am it did what it said it would! If you have something to do the next day I would recommend waiting until you have a day off to drink it!

Si eres muy sensible a la hierba senna no lo dejes 15 minutos como indica, déjalo un poco menos. El sabor es muy agradable y los resultados increíbles.
