Damaged Flask
The product was damaged when I received it. I don’t know whether they dispatched a damaged item or the quality was so poor that it was damaged during shipping or Amazon delivery agent are managing product very poorly.

I have bought 4 of these and got rid of all my other coffee mugs. I like my coffee hot while I am drinking it and not have to get up and reheat it. The lid seals tight and never leaks even if it tips over. I have had mine for almost 2 years. Great price great product!! Great gift for that special someone> I got one for my daughter last year for Christmas and she loves it!! Please note you cannot put them in the dishwasher because of the rubber grip but it is well worth washing by hand. Fits nicely in your cars cup holder and keeps liquids hot or cold for a road trip. Not Hot
I bought this cup for travelling, but the coffee goes in hot, but after 20 minutes it was cold

The product doesn’t stay hot even for one hour
The reason for buying the cup was it will stay hot for hours but within 1 hour the coffee turns very cold even fully incapsulated

Excellent Choice
This is a brilliant keep cup. It keeps my coffee hot for some time. The lid is very easy to screw on. It is easy to carry as it is longer in dimension to some other cups. Also it really is spill proof! Proven on a few occasions when I have put my coffee upside down in my drink bottle bottle pouch. I also love the colour.
