The media could not be loaded. I have used several different NVRs and camera systems and have to say this is by far the easiest one to setup and use. The system came packaged extremely well and organized and safe. The cameras are very nice and record and live view in true 4k. I really like that the connectors are sealed to ensure they are waterproof. The NVR is very easy to use as everything is plug and play and simple. However, there is a ton of features for novice users as well. If you have IP cameras from other brands you can add them to this system as well which is awesome. I ran the 4x ptz poe cameras into a PoE switch on my network and connected the DVR to my monitor in a completely different location. The programming is simple to navigate but very feature packed with many alarm and notification options. The AI ability to bring events or notifications to your finger tips without having to search and look back at hours of footage it awesome! Very solid and will made system. I upgraded my older wifi camera NVR system to this and do not regret it one bit. This is a power house and great for all skill levels.

Die Anlage wird komplett geliefert. Die Reichweite der einzelnen Kameras optimal. Klares und scharfes Bild auf dem Monitor. Mit der App kann ich die Überwachung auf dem Handy umsetzen. Das wichstigste ist aber der Kundendienst. Eine Kamera ist mir plötzlich ausgefallen. Ich dachte schon sie wäre defekt. Umgehend den Verkäufer kontaktiert wegen der Garantie. Er hat mir aber mit einer tollen Anleitung mit Fotos erklärt, es wäre nur das Signal zur Basis gestört. Mit einem Reset der Kamera wäre das Problem gelöst! Nach seinen Anweisungen habe ich die genauen Schritte durchgeführt und die Kamera sendete wieder. Die Anweisungen, bzw. Antworten sind immer sofort auf meine Frage gekommen. Also zu der wirklich guten Anlage einen perfekten Kundendienst. Was braucht man mehr. Absolute Kaufempfehlung.
