Q: Could you use this with a soda stream to make diet orange soda? And how much would you use?

I use this to add to protein drinks to add flavoring. When added with milk, I have never experienced curdling. This is a cold process, so can’t answer your question in regards to steaming.

Q: Can you use this to make jello?

If you're making the jello from scratch, meaning using gelatin and flavoring...I would think you could do just fine. I have not done such a thing but my mother used to do stuff like that. I can't see why it wouldn't work. I use my sugar-free Torani flavors for all sorts of things including using it to flavor my dosa stream soda water.

Q: Can this be used as a pancake syrup?

This awesome Raspberry syrup is too thin of a consistency to be used as a pourable syrup.
