I have purchased and returned 5 hearing aids in the last month. This was my last hope -- They do not have bluetooth and I do not recommend you get hearing aids that try to do both --they never worked for me--These work perfectly no howling no whistleing. just clear perfect sound with multiple listening options.At $120 dollars these were also on the lower end price wise of the 6 units I purchased and tested. They out performed even the most expensive units I bought and returned at more than 3 times the cost of these.I have only had them for a few days and already my wife has said "thank goodness you have them"They are larger and look like apple white earbuds which to me is more attractive as they are not that fake skin tone that says HEARING aidI cannot speak to how long they will last but If I had to replace them every year that would be fine with me as I would consider them disposable hearing aids and at 10 bucks a month a reasonable expense. When you consider Eargos at 1500.00 and above I clud replace these for 10 years and still be ahead of the cost of an expensive pair

I have poor high frequency hearing, so words can sound like mumbles. These aids has good highfreq reproduction and has good audio volume gain. While using these I rarely have to tell my wife "what'd you say?". Another plus is these aids has noise suppression that actually works. While in the car I hear very little background noise, but can still hear my wife! I know it's funny how I keep mentioning my wife, she gets very upset when I don't hear her.One thing I might suggest if the ear domes are uncomfortable, Amazon sells verious types of domes. The ones I like best are the double lip soft silicon.

I take care of my mother-in-law, which includes making sure she’s got the correct hearing aids. Well, she Lost the last pair so I thought I’d try these. I charged them and tried them out for myself just to make sure they wouldn’t hurt her ears in no matter how low I had it or all high sound from TV from talking from everything was so loud and it sound like you’re in a tin can it would have caused pain in her ears. not a good product. I know it says not to wear if you don’t have any hearing problems well I do have hearing problems in my left ear, so that’s why I thought I should do a test run for my mother-in-law and I would never ever have her wear these.
