Its sleek design, flight-safe certification, and combination of USB-C and USB-A ports make it perfect for travel. Battery life is impressive, and the digital display provides clear information on remaining charge and output levels.

Fast, reliable, charging
I love this! I bought it to travel and Iโve been using it all the time. It charges my iPad faster than the outlet. It can charge my iPhone to 80% in 18 minutes. It has two C ports and one USB port it can charge many things multiple times. I have charged my iPad, my cell phone twice and my husband cell phone twice and it still had 60% of the battery remaining. I am very pleased with this purchase. If I could change one thing, I would have it less heavy, but for all that it does, it is compact.

Absolutely solid piece of equipment
Needed a power bank big enough and powerful enough to charge my MacBook Neo, iPad, and iPhone all at the same time. This is it! Battery life is amazing. Lasts forever. The size is about 1-2in taller and 1/2 to 1in wider than an iPhone 15 pro. Its charges incredibly fast; considering its size with the right charger. It fits just fine in my school/flight bag and I donโt even notice itโs in there. I would recommend any INIU product to friends or family. Itโs one of the only power bank brands I use now! Their chords and wall chargers are great too!

So grab one, charge up, and prepare to be the person everyone wants at their campsite, coffee shop, or zombie bunker. Stay powered, stay connected, and never fear the low battery warning again!

Terrible Support, suspicious behavior. Two defective in a row.
When I got the first power bank, it had a defective USB-A port. I was able to get it replaced with Amazon without issue. However, the second power bank that replaced the first one would not fast charge at all. Amazon refused to replace it again, so I had contacted INIU support directly through their [email protected] e-mail. They offered to replace the power bank under their supposed three-year warranty, however, I still had questions to ask about it. After asking those questions, they got back with a follow up e-mail, asking for more contact information for shipping which is fine, but they began to also request that we unlawfully remove the "UN3480" label from the package for when it would be decided upon to send the defective product to them. After pointing it out to them in another reply e-mail that it would be a violation of law to ship the product to them without the label, they had since stopped responding to us for well over a month by now. It was decided that this behavior was unacceptable; that the product would be better off refunded back to Amazon. That is what we did, so we will be looking for a different power bank brand in the future. Original Review: The power bank definitely is a seemingly great product. The battery capacity is true, the charge rates are true, and the product looks sturdy despite barely visible factory microscopic blemishes (scratches) in the glass on the product straight from the packaging. However, the first power bank came with a defective USB-A port and minor blemishes in the casing. The USB-A port in the first power bank would disconnect constantly from nudging the cable while seated in the port. I tested the cable on another power source without problems, which narrowed it down to the power bank USB-A port being faulty. I had the power bank promptly replaced by Amazon. The second, replacement, power bank had a functioning USB-A port, however, the fast charging is defective and both charging the power bank and charging other devices from the power bank is at far slower charging rates than the first power bank I previously had. I noticed that while charging the second power bank, despite saying it would take two hours, it would take longer than double the amount of time. And when charging other devices, the charge rates would state themselves accurately, but still charge far slower than the first power bank was capable of charging the same devices with the same cable(s) at. Amazon refuses to replace the second defective power bank, and refunding and repurchasing it would mean paying more than originally paid for as the discount pricing has changed.

A good unit for a good price.
This thing is worth the money. I have had two of these, anlthough I exchanged the first one I got because I thought it was defective. Iโve also had a smaller model for about a year and a half that is from the same brand with the same mAh. Pros are that it works as intended. Iโve only had this one for a month or so and it holds a charge without use fairly well. Iโve had it go two weeks without use and it says it didnโt drop any charge. The charging results for this one, as well as the smaller unit, are consistent. I get roughly the same amount of charges for each of the devices it charges, each time. It doesnโt power items as much as it says it does, but most battery pack brands over promise, so itโs on par with the rest of them. Itโs also cheaper than some of the bigger name brands, but performs similarly. My wife has an Anker thatโs the same mAh and charge rate as this, that she paid about $60 more for, and itโs charged my devices about the same as this one. Now for the cons. The first is that this thing is bulky for what it is. My smaller unit has the same mAh and is quite a bit cheaper. Maybe 30-50% smaller. It charges my devices about the same as this model. The only difference is the charge rate. My other model maxes out at 65W and this one maxes out at 140W. So the only thing youโre paying for is a faster charge rate. The much larger bulk just for a faster charge time doesnโt make much sense to me. The second issue is that the displayed charge percentage is untrustworthy. I had this plugged into a laptop that was at about 30-40%. It charged to about 80% over about 10-15 minutes and this pack said it was still at 100% charge. When it did eventually update its charge, it jumped down to 70-80%. It does the same thing the rest of the way down. So either it only updates itself every 15-30 minutes, or itโs just very bad at showing an accurate amount of remaining charge. This was the reason I returned the first unit I bought. I thought it was defective, but either I got unlucky with another defective unit that is defective in the same way as the last one, or this is the intended operation of the device. Itโs a relatively minor issue, but if youโre trying to figure out how much time youโve got left in this pack, you could end up way off the mark. I donโt have this issue with the smaller model. Overall, if you need a very fast charge rate battery pack, this is worth the money and functions similarly to bigger name brands. If you can make do with a slower, but still fast charge rate battery pack, find the smaller unit. It holds the same amount of charge, is significantly smaller, has a better functioning display, and is cheaper.

Powerful charger, lasts for days
Some people may find this power bank to be a bit heavy(22 ounces). It is a bit heavier than most, after awhile you get used to it. I've had this product for over a year and it still works great. It charges my phone, tablet, and Steamdeck rather quickly. If you want to charge this power bank faster, buy a 100w charger. It will charge fully in an hour or so. Do not charge it overnight. Safety first. Use a hard surface for charging it. This product is high quality and safe to use. I highly recommend it.

Good quality
1st impression this a beautiful battery I hope it last at least 3 years. My last battery from a different brand lasted 3 years it charges faster at 94 watt charging vs my last battery that capped at 65 watts. Itโs about almost an inch bigger than iPhone 18 pro max. Easily portable

Amazing purchase

Great for USB-C charging a laptop! A little big and heavy though. ๐
My son needed a power bank to recharge his laptop while at uni. We saw that the VR place we go to on occasions uses INIU to power their VR headsets. Since they use them on a daily basis we figure it should be pretty robust for school use. INIU makes quite a few power banks. The 140W looks to be at the top of their portable ones. I see they also make a 100W and a 65W, that can be used to charge laptops. I think anything below 65W is maybe more suitable for charging phones and tablets. My son's 16" MSI laptop is quite power hungry. Note it uses USB-C for charging so make sure your laptop supports USB C charging before purchasing this pack. Since he may not get an opportunity to recharge at an outlet during the day we decided to get the 140W one. We were hoping that this would be able to charge his laptop at least 2x during the day. We also hoped that it would charge his laptop faster since he may not be at one place for very long, moving from class to class. In hindsight we probably could have saved around $20 by going to the 100W pack. It would have also met his needs since his laptop peaks at 95W charging. The INIU pack is very well made. Just be aware it is relatively big and quite heavy. This may also be another reason to go down to the 100W. However, my son was ok with the weight and size to carry around all day, for the extra power the bank has. There is a good size LCD screen to tell you the charge status, remaining battery level, etc. You will get one 140W USB-C port, one 45W USB C port and one 15W USB A port. It's very good to charge your laptop with the 140W port and quick charge a phone or tablet with the 45W port. One thing to be aware of though. You need to be able to recharge the power bank. If you are running it close to empty it will take a lot of time to recharge unless you have a high powered charger for it. Just make sure if you need it recharged and ready to go for the next day that you have enough time to charge it. Get a 40W or higher adapter if you can! To conclude the INIU is a very well made power bank. The 140W capability is great for power hungry laptops, especially in a uni environment where you don't have outlets to charge from, and are constantly on the go. The price is also very good for the INIU when compared to some of the other brands like Anker. You can get the INIU on sale for under $100 where other brands will be $125 and above. If it can take the abuse in a VR center we figured it could survive uni. So far so good!

Portable Charger
I am glad i purchased this battery. It is excellent. Charges our phones to 100% within 20 minutes. Very fast at charging. I wouldnt charge an Ipad as that drained the battery fast. Took 2 hours to fully charge the battery. I love the display on it ,tells you how many hours left until battery needs charging again. Only downfall is the battery is heavy and bulky.

SUPER fast charging **IF your phone is capable. Good for # of phone charges (6ish) and its weight
Though this is definately not top of the line, the massive 27000mah capacity without being so ridiculously heavy like the larger ones is a decent but still heavy portable battery charging option. At 140W peak output -- provided your device is actually capable of such pd 3.0+ and PD 45W etc, which MOST phones are just not that good in NA even some of the top end ones from major distributors like my phone, this device is fantastic! It can take a few hours to charge via normal usb-A from a plug that was installed years ago (ie very outdated), while it will charge from 0% to 80% in about 1.5-3 hours depending on the type of charger I plug it into (ie how old the charger is matters significantly, along with the Watts rating of your cords, along with the charging protocols (ie PD 15W, PD 3.1 etc). Charging time FROM the device when I'm out hiking around during the day is about 0%-80% in about 50m!! Yes under an hour for a 4400mah phone battery is quite quick. In fact I have yet to see ANY other device charge my phone as fast, and my phone is top end 2 years old phone, and from europe, and only rated at PD 15W max. So either the firmware in my phone has been upgraded since to be closer to PD3.1 or PD 45W however you want to put it, or this thing rams electrons into my battery like there is no tommorow haha. Either way, I'm super impressed. My partner's top end iphone doesnt get the boosted charge, but that's there issue for buying junk hardware from a company that doesn't understand how to build anything and JUST moved over to usb-c like last year.
