Fitness-Mad Resistance Tube & Guide

Use these at my local gym class so knew what to expect.Good value product, as a beginner I bought light resistance and I think they offer enough of a workout for me.

I am very pleased with my resistant band. The handles are comfy to hold and the cord is sturdy.

I bought this for my home gym so i could do some light resistance work to work on my flexibility and stamina a bit more. I'm a very strong guy who works out 5 or 6 times a week, so i went for the strongest resistance tube available. I was very surprised at how strong it actually is! I normally use these things with my feet nice and wide to increase the resistance, but when i first used this i had to stand with my feet together so there was as much slack in the resistance tube as possible. I'm sure over time my feet will widen.It's a very strong piece of kit. I wrapped it round a hook on my gym wall and was putting my full 18 stone bodyweight in to chest flyes and some rows, and it felt stable the whole time. I didn't once think that it would come off the wall or snap. It's very strong.I would recommend this to anyone who wants to tone up a bit but not spend too much money. I was even using it last night to keep myself amused while the Mrs watched Corrie!It's a very small package too which will fit through most letter boxes which is ideal.

These are great for my workouts! I bought strong ones and i think due to the strenght or maybe they are too short, i can't stand up straight and lift my arms up straight which is one of the moves i need to do. I can just about get them above my head. So i might have to look into getting medium or light resistance one.

This resistance tube does the job. However, it's not actually a rubber tube...it's made of elastic fabric.It seems to very sturdy, although I only used it once.Unlike other tubes, the strong is really strong, so, If you are a girl, I might be too strong for some muscular groups, like shoulders and bíceps.

I was surprised to see that it came in its original package and actually looked exactly like in the picture because the last time I ordered a resistance tube it looked nothing like I had expected. I tried it out the day I got it and have to say that it looks great and works great. It is exactly the right length for me (I'm 1.68m tall and can easily stretch it practically over my head while standing on it with both feet).Really good product...now I only have to wait and see how long it will last, though it seems very quality :) thank you Fitness-Mad!

I bought this to try and get a bit fitter without using big weights down the gym as I don't want to bulk up but get a bit slimmer. However, when I was using it (as per the instructions provided) somehow it slipped from under my feet and pinged into my face, almost blinding me in my left eye - it was so bad I was kept in the local eye hospital overnight for 2 nights and the senior consultant was worried I might lose my sight in that eye. Luckily it is recovering (slowly) but the computer is still a bit of a blur as I type this.On the face of it this seems like a brilliant way to do lots of toning exercises for lots of areas of the body, but it just has too much potential for serious injury for me to recommend.

El producto cumple con las espectativas. No hay demasiado que decir, se ajusta a lo ofertado, envío correcto y uso del mismo correcto, ofrece una resistencia media, es ergonómico y cumple a la perefección su función.

Non è molto duro come elastico (ma dipende dal tipo di muscolatura-esercizio-ripetizioni) anzi per essere il "più duro" l'ho trovato abbastanza morbido, ma si compensa modificando gli esercizi.Robusto e durevole, sembra.
