Great product.
I donโt normally leave reviews but felt compelled. This product is awesome . Finally putting on size in my forearms. Trick is to go slow and keep tension.

Humbling and effective
I never really targeted my forearms and decided to change that with the purchase of this roller. After using it for several months I can confirm the roller absolutely works. I used 2.5-5 pound plates on mine and I have gained a noticeable amount of growth in my forearms. One of the best purchases I've made for my home gym.
