I know this is considered a "costume" for the hotel move with the twins, but this is made of a decent quality material and can be used with a petticoat and different colored ribbons and you have a whole different outfit.My daughter wanted this as she had a similar one, and she finds this one far superior. The material is a soft cloth material. The flowers on the ribbon are detachable so it makes working with the ribbon easier and lining things up a whole lot easier.All in all it's a pretty nice "costume" that doubles as a really nice dress as well.
