I actually bought this as a little prop to add to one of my son’s stuffed animals during his cake smash photos and it was such a cute little detail. The quality is really nice. Material is soft but has good structure. It’s not going to tear or bend.

The hat was great quality. We had ordered other ones that came smashed and didnt retake their intended shape. It turned out so cute for pictures. We just had to tie the string a little tighter to fit our baby.

It for my baby’s really cute. I recommend that all mommas buy this for there child I give it five stars.

The media could not be loaded. Boy did that first year fly! This birthday hat is different than the traditional hat because it is more durable and has a beautiful bohemian flair to it. Standard hats are made out of a very thin, cheap cardboard material. This hat is composed of a very thick fabric type material. Standard hats do not have anything on top of the hat, but this one has an adorable large fluffy circle on top of it. There is also a cute design attached to the bottom of the hat that goes all the way around it. The string that goes down under the chin was not tight at all. The hat can easily be pulled off by my little one, but at least he was not uncomfortable due to tightness of the chin strap. The price is a little high for a birthday hat, but you’re paying for high quality, durability, and high fashion factor. The colors and design of the hat are very gender neutral, so it works great for a boy or girl.

I am exchanging this in hopes I can get a clean new one that I paid for. Unfortunately this one was used and had frosting all over it. It’s very cute but pretty disappointed that I have to take time to go into town to return it now because they sold me a used product.
