Not cooling! Just a gel..
Unfortunately I had to request a return on this item. This “cooling gel” is nothing of the sort. Having previously used China Gel from a local yoga shop, I decided to order this “Cooling” Gel as it’s the only option offered by Amazon apart from bio freeze. The Gel is an absolute waste of money- it’s watery and has absolutely no effect whatsoever. I’m so disappointed- I basically spent £17 for a tub of gel which will go straight into the bin unless amazon wants this item back. Avoid. It does not work!
