I take it with a NAD booster for a cost effective Basis substitute. I feel it energizes my overall health. In particular, I double my dose before playing tennis in the morning. I always notice it coming on during my drive as music gets a little richer and the highs are brighter. Others have also noted this hearing/mental appreciation boost.

I purchased this Pterostilbene to help with menopause symptoms, balance hormones and hot flashes. The ingredients listed seemed to be what I needed, the value for price was there. The size of the capsules were easily swallowed. I didn't have a boost in energy level, it didn't make me feel better or worse and I don't feel that it was effective for me. Everyone is different, so for the price you could try it for yourself.

Rip-off. This is not 150 mg of pterstrobilene. It is 10% pterstrobilene of a 150 mg capsule. Look carefully at the labels, particularly at the FDA label: "10% ptstrobilene. 150 mg." I am notifying Amazon.

The lid/cap was cracked when it arrived, so it doesn’t close well. Other than that, the vitamins appeared fine.

Forget Resveritrol, this stuff actually gives noticable results, and no hype.
