Good value for money
I am not sure why some people claim that it has a strong alcohol scent, this isn't true at all. I have been making perfumes for a few years now as a hobby, and this is by far the best I tried on amazon. The subtle leftover of alcohol scent goes away once you diluite raw materials in it.

Recommended
This perfumers alcohol is better quality than I'd hoped for, and reasonably priced too. It can be added, in the appropriate quantity, to most oil blends, and is better than merely adding vodka. This gives a good quality product, so if you are planning to sell your creations, or just give as gifts, this is absolutely necessary. It prolonged shelf life and slows evaporation, so I wouldn't be without this.
