It made her Christmas
Okay, my girlfriend is gluten intolerant…her belly will get a hard knot you can see and feel in it if she has any gluten. For Christmas dinner, I decided to make my delicious stuffing with this product, so she could have GF stuffing. I put cranberries, chopped prunes, chopped apricots, onions, celery, Sun dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, Chicken broth, butter, sweet Italian sausage, and Bob Evans breakfast sausage. Basically, a meal in its self. She hadn’t had any type of stuffing in 14 years!!! She actually cried it was that good to her. Which breaks your heart to know how bad being Gluten Intolerant is. Anyways, I’ll happily/with a Joyous Heart make it again for and everyone. Tastes good…overall, a kinda cross between Traditional and Cornbread stuffing. Kinda a happy medium for those who like cornbread stuffing vs traditional stuffing. I’m a traditional purest, not a cornbread anything person. I can be happy with it seeing how happy she was with it. So, I’ll say Five Stars for GF!

Pretty good stuffing
This is decent for quick gluten free stuffing that takes as much effort as StoveTop stuffing. It has a good flavor with the herbs and spices it comes with. It does have kind of the dry/ gritty feeling that some gluten free breads have though. The instructions don't say to cover it after cooking like StoveTop stuffing does, but I tried that with the second box and it seemed to help a bit with the dryness.

This gluten free stuffing hit a home run
I want to start out by saying that I don't have a gluten allergy but my boyfriend's adult son does. He asked his dad if he could make him gluten free stuffing for Thanksgiving this year. To be quiet honest, my boyfriend and I aren't very versed on the allergy. I mean, we know what it is and what it can do to someone but never made anything like that before. First thing I did was check Amazon cause I figured they had one. Box came in and I was reading the directions and I couldn't believe how incredibly easy this was to make. In my boyfriend's family there are certain people with certain allergies or diets and this fit in with everyone. No gluten, no soy, no dairy and no nuts. Made it just like the directions said and it was really good. If you are used to regular stovetop then this might be a little getting used to without the gluten but honestly I didn't really miss it. There was nothing left over and the kids even loved it. Now, that is a home run in my book

Horrible
First off, it tastes horrible! And while I am accustomed to paying ridiculously higher prices for gluten free products, this product is nothing more than a small bag of dried bread crumbs and a seasoning packet.Make your own for a fraction of the cost and season it with tasty herbs of your choosing.
