These heel cushion pads made my shoes wearable again. I was getting blisters on the back of my heel, and these completely solved the problem. They add just enough cushioning to prevent rubbing without making the shoes feel too tight. The adhesive holds well, and the mesh material is comfortable against the skin. Such a simple, inexpensive fix that made a huge difference. I wish I had tried these sooner!

I wear muck boots for work but because they only have full size no half the inside of boots wear deep groves where your heel is. Bought theses pads to try and they worked great to fill the grove. Have had them couple weeks now and the boots don't cut into mt heels.

I recently found myself in that all-too-familiar shoe predicament: a gorgeous pair of European shoes that were just a touch too loose, especially with their pointy toe box, making heel slippage a real issue. Enter the 8-piece set of Mesh Adhesive Heel Grips. I was hoping these would be the answer to my slipping woes, and in many ways, they were! These pads definitely helped with that annoying slipping and loose feeling, effectively eating up some of the extra space both under and behind my foot. It was a relief to finally walk without my heel constantly trying to escape. However, it wasn't entirely smooth sailing. I have to admit, I was a bit annoyed with the application process. The sticky adhesive just didn't want to cooperate easily, and I think I actually ruined one pair before I finally got the hang of fitting them correctly. Thankfully, the pack came with three more pairs, which was a saving grace! Once I managed to get them in properly, the comfort was there, and they did exactly what I needed them to do. For their design, overall comfort, and effectiveness in solving my loose shoe problem, I'd easily give them 4 stars. But, because of that initial struggle with the application, I had to deduct a star. Just be prepared for a little bit of a learning curve when you're sticking them in!

The improved fit was comfortable until the material almost completely flattened, this might be due to poor quality. I'd say that the durability of this product is pretty poor. The adhesive is amazing; I was able to reapply 3-4 times without it losing its stickiness. I got it in black, and the color is matched to the inside of my boot well.

these are such a live saver!! i used them in my Doc. Martins because after a few hours of walking i was getting blisters, and these worked!! So great! They are so soft and comfortable, and my daughter also has Doc. Martins and they are a little big on her, but when i put these in they made them fit her better also! That was good for my problem, but that might be a downside for other shoes because they do make them a little bit smaller but not too much. Overall i would recommend!! How I rate the products- 5 Stars = Exceeded my expectations. Love it and will buy again. 4 Stars = Exactly what I was looking and hoped for. Some issues. 3 Stars = Satisfactory. Minor, acceptable issues but it does the job. 2 Stars = Wouldn't recommend or buy again. May work for you but did not for me. 1 Stars = Complete waste of a product. Went to trash

Peels off while walking

I had the unfortunate task of trying to find another kind of heel guards for my husband's new work boots. Previous guards would shift around the minute the shoes warm up (and their adhesive gets too soft) and/or stick to the sock and rip right out when he took them off in the afternoon. It occurred to me that something with a heel part attached would work great since it is being held in place by the foot itself. I bought these for him and quickly found out just how sticky and STRONG their adhesive was. I placed one in a slightly off position and trying to rip that thing out was dang near impossible. But they have effectively served their purpose for months now. He even gave a pair to one of his coworkers who'd also just recently gotten a new pair of boots and they are still going strong for him too. No blisters! No having to shift and reapply new pads anymore! YAY

absolutely fantastic. worked perfectly to fix my heel strain and boot where at the back of my heel. Will buy again. buy two sets just incase you need to reapply them the first try.

I read the reviews before using it. They advised cutting it to separate the sole part from the back one. I separated one item and it fitted perfectly in place. The second one I tried to use it as is but I can’t adjust it in the right place. It sticks strong enough so that when I tried to remove it, it took off the original insole layer either it. So, separate it from the beginning.

These actually stick on quite good, especially even if you don’t untie your shoelaces. I mean, I never do it and its still there. Great pads!

Great solution for the issue I had with my heels. I put these in all my shoes and I will no longer wear shoes that don't have these. Highly recommended.

C'est exactement ce que je cherchais depuis un moment. Ayant le talon extrêmement fin, je galèrais énormément pour me trouver de nouvelles chaussures; mais grâce à ces coussinets, je peux enfin porter des chaussures sans que le talon ne sorte sans arrêt et que ça flotte trop. Il tient mieux en place. Je pense que j'en rachèterai d'avance car ce n'est pas le genre d'article qui se trouvent en magasin de chaussures et des semelles simples classiques ne me suffisent pas pour mon type de pied.
