Ineffective sign
“Open” neon is very dim in comparison to the hours of operation which are very bright. “Open” never shuts off even after hours. So it doesn’t know how to shut off its own open sign after hours.

Not a good item
A return was processed and refund given. Item low quality. Sign Came in pieces. Programming was very hard. Almost dizzying. After tring to repair the broken unit it never fit back together properly and kept falling apart. On a quick test. The open part of the sign stays on all the time. No separate shut off. Meaning if you want your store hours to show when you are closed. The open part will always be on.Not a good fit for business and falling apart right out of box.

The sign get broken before new store opening date!
We ordered this sign to use it for new store, we did not plug in yet, but we just put it on the door. The opening date will be in 2 weeks, but when I come to the store in this morning, I the sign was Foult down in the parts.
