Kenra Platinum Snail Anti-Aging Conditioner, 31.5-Ounce

I love this shampoo and conditioner. My hairdresser suggested it when I asked what she uses at home. It smells wonderful, helps maintain my hair color, and the conditioner leaves my hair feeling soft and moisturized. Unfortunately I ordered this set along with other items. It was poorly packaged and leaked on my other items. What a waste of a great product but I like it so much, I will continue to buy it, just not with anything else.

Love this stuff but must it show up this rough and shampoo heck maybe even conditioner all over it? It’s a packing issue- the box was fine. It was clearly tossed in the box all “ nicely” and then that’s when it all went to crap. I hope the bottles aren’t cracked. I’d rather go to the salon and pay the same price and know the product is actually in the container and not all over it. Yes it showed up that way. Plastic ripped and everything

Ordered this before and it works great and smells great however packing was horrible opened box yesterday as I had extra and both bottles had leaked all over and only about half of the product in bottles. I thought I would give this product another chance but packaging remains horrible and product leaked out all over the place. Will not purchase again!

I am not sure if I will buy this again. I don't like the smell. Also, the shampoo leaked all over and I had to wash off both bottles before setting them anywhere.

This shampoo smells wonderful but I honestly don’t see where my hair benefits for the price. It’s slightly watery and I find that even with my short hair I use double what I’d normally use

This shampoo band conditioner made my hair very greasy after only using it 2 times, I didn't bother trying to return it, just went and got a better product. I really disliked the smell, it was like old cheap perfume. Lesson learned only buy what you have already tried or buy it in person first.

I honestly love this shampoo and conditioner but it isn't the same that I have bought in the salon. The box was full of product due to one of the lids being off. Perhaps transport with generic caps and include a pump in the box? If you're watering down the product stop it please

Love this product however when I recieved it the plastic surrounding the bottles was filled with product not sure why there do not seem to be any holes in either bottle. When I opened the product was dripping out of the surrounding plastic meant to hold the two bottles together.

I love this shampoo and conditioner combo. Made my hair soft, super shiny, looked and felt amazing. As I've gotten older my hair has gotten thinner, wirey, and frizzy. These products have given me my old hair back. Doesn't make it any thicker but looks and feels healthy again. Lots of movement and a lot less frizz. Absolutely will buy again. Next time going to try the cc cream too.

seems like the product might be old, doesnt really give me the soft feeling I was hoping for. Delivery was fast though
